Suitability

These sites are for retailing floral, home, craft and garden related products and services. Well suited for products that require an indoor set up, away from the elements.

Show Dates & Times

  • Wednesday 20th March – 9am to 5pm
  • Thursday 21st March – 9am to 5pm
  • Friday 22nd March – 9am to 9pm
  • Saturday 23rd March – 9am to 5pm
  • Sunday 24th March – 9am to 5pm

Site Build

  • Approx. 4.5m wide x 4m deep (limited sites 6m wide x 3m deep)
  • White 2.4m tall side and rear walls
  • 2 x spotlights
  • Mounted Exhibitor sign
  • 1 x 4amp power outlet

Inclusions

  • Site Build inclusions, as above
  • Exhibitor listing in the Official Show Program
  • Exhibitor listing on the Show’s official website including hotlink to your website/social media
  • 4 Access Passes per Show Day for your staff
  • Free parking (limited availability) within close proximity on bump in and out days only (not Show days)
  • Access to discounted Show tickets to use for promotional purposes

Bump In & Out

Exhibitors are able to commence bump in from Sunday 19th March up until Tuesday 19th March, with bump out to commence from 5pm on Sunday 24th March and be completed the same evening.

Considerations

Any additional furniture, power, flooring or custom signage requirements can be ordered through the Show’s official supplier Harry The Hirer.

Please do not assume that the space outside your site is available for use, even if it was used in previous years. If you wish to request the use of additional space please submit your request to Event Management for consideration.

Sharing/Sub Assignment of Sites

The Show reserves the right to limit the sharing or sub assignment of a site across multiple brands/businesses. If you intend or wish to promote multiple brands/businesses at your site, you will need to provide information to Event Management prior to the Show for them to review.

Payment Info

Early Bird Applications

  • 10% of Site Fee payable upon notification of the application being accepted
  • 30% payable no later than 1st December 2023, or, if the application occurs at a later date, upon notification of the application being accepted
  • 60% payable no later than 26th January 2024

Standard Applications

  • 40% payable no later than 1st December 2023, or, if the application occurs at a later date, upon notification of the application being accepted
  • 60% payable no later than 26th January 2024, or, if the application occurs at a later date, upon notification of the application being accepted

Should any payment of the Exhibition Fee be paid by you via credit card, please note a 1.5% surcharge on all credit cards will apply.
