Horticultural Careers Hub

Revamped for 2024, the Horticultural Careers Hub will provide a platform for Registered Training Organisations (RTO) across all aspects of the Floral and Garden Industries to engage with budding professionals .

The Horticultural Careers Hub will be positioned directly next to the Achievable Garden Competition within the Carlton Gardens, providing access to a highly sought after location within the Show.

A key aspect in delivering a full experience for visitors to the Show is to display not only the products, displays and professional services within the industry, but also where they can turn to further their skills and begin a career in the industry. By positioning the Horticultural Careers Hub directly alongside the significant installation that is the Achievable Garden Competition, the Hub will help deliver a highly-visited location for any interested RTOs that wishes to promote their career opportunities.

Though there is no overarching theme for the Hub in 2024, RTOs are encouraged to consider what sets them apart and show it off to all the visitors at the Show to make an engaging and educational site. Education will always remain at the forefront, and we hope to see all RTOs elevate their displays to ensure they are optimising the opportunity to present to an audience of over 100,000 visitors.
