High Tea

Australian rising star, Morgan Hipworth, of artisan bakehouse Bistro Morgan, will headline the luxurious High Tea feature with his signature culinary delights.

Guests will receive a specially curated treat complete with custom-designed recipes for guests to take home.

 

Showcasing local suppliers, beautiful food, teas, coffee and sparkling wine we look forward to welcoming you to our delightful High Tea.

Retire to an exclusive lounge area among the blooms for refreshment and a touch of luxury. Each day, our talented team of chefs will create a beautifully crafted menu, to be paired with a pot of tea, cup of freshly ground coffee or a glass of sparkling wine as you absorb the beauty of the Royal Exhibition Building, Carlton Gardens and exhibits of the Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show.

Pot of Tea Drop loose lead tea or espresso coffee of your choice

Dates scones, whipped caramel butter

Petite chicken & almond rye sandwich

Prawn, fennel & tarragon sandwich

Citrus cured Atlantic salmon tarts, pea mousse, fennel & radish salad, salmon pearls

Spinach & ricotta pastries, homemade tomato jam

Cauliflower, cheese & leek petite pie

Selection of Melbourne’s Bibelot miniature desserts and petite fours

Lemon Myrtle & Finger Lime Cheesecake

An elegant slice layered with sponge cake, lemon myrtle cheesecake, biscuit crumb, citrus jelly and topped with finger lime
