Chrysco Student Floral Competition

Once again the Lower Level of the Royal Exhibition Building will host the incredible installations that come from the skill, imagination and creativity of Victoria’s up and coming floral designers. Designing under strict competition criteria in either the Intermediate or Advanced competitions, students from the TAFE’s of Victoria will compete the day before the Show opens to use the floral design skills that they have been learning to produce stunning designs that will inspire and delight.

The competitions encourage creativity, resourcefulness and focus whilst the students also experience real life experience under pressure as they aim to win. Many past winners of these competitions have gone on to become award winning designers and therefore the student competitions zone is a must visit destination to catch a glimpse of the talent of the future.
