Please note: If your Standard Application is accepted, you will be required to pay a 40% deposit to secure your site due 10^th December 2021, and the 60% balance payment due 28^th January 2022. The first payment will be refundable until 28^th January 2022. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for more information on the payment of funds and any refund timelines.

Should any payment of the Exhibition Fee be payable by you via credit card please note a 1.5% surcharge on all credit cards will apply.

C Section: Upstairs in the World Heritage listed Royal Exhibition Building

Marked as Light Blue squares on the Show Map.

Suitability

These sites are for retailing floral, home, craft and garden related products and services. Well suited for products that require an indoor set up, away from the elements.

• Approx. 4.5m wide x 4m deep
• White 2.4m tall side and rear walls
• 2 x spotlights
• Mounted Exhibitor sign

• Exhibitor listing in the Official Show Program
• Exhibitor listing on the Show’s official website including hotlink to your website
• 4 Access Passes per Show Day for your staff
• Free parking (limited availability) within close proximity, on bump in and out days
• Access to discounted Show tickets to use for promotional purposes

Considerations

Power is not included but can be ordered through the electrical supplier for the Show.

Please do not assume that the space outside your site is available for use, even if it was used in previous years. If you wish to request the use of additional space please submit your request to Event Management for consideration.
