- I must remain trading for Gardens by Twilight from 9am – 9pm on the Friday 31st March 2023

- I will not penetrate the ground within the Tree Protection & Structural Root Zone of any tree & I acknowledge there are further strict ground, tree & grass protection regulations that I must adhere to as an Exhibitor as outlined in the Exhibitor Manual

- I understand it is my responsibility to leave my site in good condition (no turf damage, cleared of rubbish etc.) and may be liable for any costs incurred by Event Management due to damages caused

- I will not drive on the grass when I’m inside the venue

- I will not hang objects on or lean objects against trees

- I understand free exhibitor parking is not available during the Show days

- I am able to provide public liability insurance with the correct interested parties as per the Show’s Insurance Requirements
