This innovative 5×5 meter space is designed to blend art, nature, and interaction, featuring four distinct external wall displays, each curated by a different florist using unique creative mediums.
Front Entrance Collaboration with Sara Sidari
At the forefront of The Bloom Room, we are honoured to collaborate with renowned Australian illustrator Sara Sidari. Her exquisite hand-painted designs will be intricately layered with fresh flowers, creating a harmonious fusion of illustration and floristry. This partnership exemplifies the synergy between visual art and nature, offering visitors a multidimensional entry experience that is both visually striking and deeply immersive.
Reflections Wall
Inspired by Claude Monet’s fascination with water reflections, this wall will feature a floral installation on a mirrored surface. The mirror will emulate the tranquil qualities of water, allowing the floral arrangements to reflect and create a dynamic visual interplay, capturing the essence of Monet’s impressionistic style. The interior of the Bloom Room is an immersive, multisensory and magical experience that will leave you spellbound.
Step into a darkened sanctuary where flowers don’t just bloom… they glow. Between art and science, this world-unique and Australia’s first experience uses the Aglae luminescent serum absorbed by flowers to create an avatar-like world, where petals radiate light, colors pulse with energy, and botanical artistry transcends imagination by blurring the line between nature and innovation. Aglae specializes in creating enchanting and awe-inspiring event styling and experiences for private and public events alike.
Elevated Floral Meadow Roof
Crowning the installation, the roof will feature a meadow of dried flowers arranged over natural turf. Visible from the gallery level, this elevated floral landscape pays homage to Monet’s pastoral scenes, offering a serene and contemplative vista for viewers above.
