MIFGS EXHIBITOR STAFF ACCREDITATION – SHOW DAYS

For the 2024 Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show, we are pleased to offer exhibitors and retailers the convenience of having their staff wristbands for the show days sent directly to their nominated address. To take up this option, kindly complete the form provided below by the 19th of February 2024. Please be aware that any submissions received after this date will not be eligible for postal delivery and must be collected in person from the Admin Office.

The Admin Office’s operating hours can be found in the exhibitor manual, which has been sent to you via email.

Anticipate receiving your accreditation by the first week of March. It’s important to note that wristbands will be dispatched to a single elected address. Therefore, you are responsible for distributing them to your staff members. The number of wristbands that you will receive will be as per the number in your agreement, which can be viewed below for retail sites. If you have a different site than those listed below and are unsure of your allocation please review your exhibitor manual.

These wristbands are intended for staff working on your stand at the Show only. For any additional requirement for family and friends, please feel free to make use of the promotional tickets explained the exhibitor manual.

Please note – Any exhibitor choosing to have their Accreditation posted prior to the Show will be responsible for the safekeeping of the passes once they arrive via mail. Any lost or damage passes will only be available for replacement at a fee and subject to remaining quantity.
