At the 2025 Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show we are offering the opportunity for Victorian TAFEs/RTOs to own a display site to engage with and advertise to prospective students and Show attendees.
Given the launch of the Floristry Careers Hub in 2025, this area will be outdoors and be strictly limited to the promotion of horticultural and horticultural-allied courses, excluding Floristry. Floristry courses can only be promoted within the Royal Exhibition Building.
Initial applications will be limited to a 3x3m space. Consideration for larger spaces is based on overall availability and consideration will be given to the overall Show involvement.
Each site will include the following infrastructure:
- 1 x 3x3m space within larger marquee
- Protective flooring within marquee and connecting to path
- 1 x power outlet
- 1 x light within marquee
- 1x Exhibitor Signage
Any additional furniture, infrastructure or power required will be at the cost of the TAFE/RTO.
The TAFE/RTO is expected to create and deliver a site that aligns with the overarching theme of the Show.
For those not planning to staff the area for the entire time, we would ask that there is signage installed with a clear call to action or information source for visitors to engage with as part of your display. We encourage you to add your own branding to the area.
The TAFE/RTO will be responsible for staffing the display during Show hours. You will be provided with 6x tickets per Show day for staffing requirements.
Although we would like to see the space staffed at all times, we would suggest that there is signage added with a clear call to action or information source for visitors to engage with as part of your display if there are any periods when the area is not staffed.
We encourage you to add your own branding to the area.
A site fee will be applied for each 3x3m space of $3,200 ex GST.
The intention is for the Horticultural Careers Hub to be in the same location as 2025 given the close proximity to the Achievable Garden Competition.
