At the 2025 Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show we are offering the opportunity for five Victorian Registered Training Organisations (RTO) to own a display site to engage with and advertise to the students and show attendees.
Each allocated area will be 3m x 2m and will include the following infrastructure:
- 1x Mesh Backdrop approx 2m x 2m surface
- 1x Table and Seating
- 1x Exhibitor Signage
Any additional furniture, infrastructure or power required will be at the cost of the RTO.
The RTO is expected to create and deliver a display using the backdrop provided.
For those not planning to staff the area for the entire time, we would ask that there is signage installed with a clear call to action or information source for visitors to engage with as part of your display. We encourage you to add your own branding to the area.
The RTO will be responsible for staffing the display during Show hours. The schedule below outlines the times we expect to see each space attended – this will give potential students the best opportunity to engage with each display. You will be provided with 4x tickets per Show day for staffing requirements.
Wednesday – 9am to 2pm
Thursday – 11am to 3pm
Friday – 11am to 3pm
Saturday – 11am to 3pm
Sunday – 11am to 3pm
Please also note you will NOT be permitted to sell or giveaway any merchandise or product from your site.
