As part of your involvement with the Show, we need all exhibitors to formally agree to the general Exhibitor Terms & Conditions before delivering their activation at the Show. The application form below includes these Terms & Conditions and captures a range of information which helps us communicate effectively with our exhibitors while planning for the Show.
A few notes for additional context when completing this form:
- As per Item 5.b of the Exhibitor Terms & Conditions, you are completing this application with the Agreement from Show Organiser that your site is provided as a commercial agreement specific to the company/brand you represent.
- The information requested relates to all Show communications. If you wish to have multiple people receive communications, please advise your direct Show contact.
- Completing this form before coming on site is mandatory as part of our hire of this heritage-listed venue
