The 2025 Melbourne International Flower & Garden Show has showcased the next generation of floral talent, with student designers demonstrating remarkable skill and creativity. From innovative botanical moments to striking hanging installations, this year’s winners have set a high standard for the future of floral artistry.

FLORAL DESIGN COMPETITION

  • Gold: Lynne Dallas Flower Design

  • Gold: Marjorie Milner College

  • Silver: Holmesglen Institute

  • Silver: Pinkie Promise

  • Bronze: Wildblooms Floristry

  • Bronze: Florals by Pemberley of Malmsbury

  • Best in Floral Design: Lynne Dallas Flower Design 

VISUAL DISPLAY COMPETITION

The 2025 Visual Display Competition at the Melbourne International Flower & Garden Show showcased outstanding creativity and craftsmanship. Thrive Flower School claimed first place with a Gold award, while Growers Avenue, hosted by Dish the Dirt, secured second place with Silver. Ikebana International Melbourne earned third place with a Bronze, highlighting the artistry and innovation on display this year.

HANGING INSTALLATION COMPETITON

Gold: Canberra Institute of Technology Floristry
Silver: Botanics of Melbourne
Bronze: Melbourne Flower Merchant
