Site Fee

There are two types of 18sqm Outdoor Retail sites available with their locations identified on the Show Map:

GOLD SITES: D20 – D29 (SOLD OUT)

Premium sites located in the Eastern Forecourt & Southern Drive.

Standard Rate

Please note: If your Standard Application is accepted, you will be required to pay a 40% deposit to secure your site due 10^th December 2021, and the 60% balance payment due 28^th January 2022. The first payment will be refundable until 28^th January 2022. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for more information on the payment of funds and any refund timelines.

Should any payment of the Exhibition Fee be payable by you via credit card please note a 1.5% surcharge on all credit cards will apply.

SILVER SITES: D30 – D37 (SOLD OUT)

Location

Outside in the Eastern Forecourt and Southern Drive, between the Royal Exhibition Building and Carlton Gardens South.

Marked as Gold & Silver circles on the Show Map.

These sites are for retailing garden and home related products and services.

Site Build

• 6m x 3m space
• 6m x 3m marquee
• One 10amp power outlet
• One fluorescent light
• One custom marquee gable exhibitor sign

Inclusions

• Site Build inclusions, as above
• Exhibitor listing in the Official Show Program
• Exhibitor listing on the Show’s official website including hotlink to your business website
• 6 Access Passes per Show Day for your staff
• Free parking (limited availability) within close proximity during bump in and out days
• Access to discounted Show tickets to use for promotional purposes

Considerations

These sites are situated on hard surface therefore protective flooring is not required.

Due to restricted access, exhibitors in these sites are only permitted vehicle access directly to their site for deliveries during move in on 2-4 specific days, depending on the location.

Please do not assume that the space outside your marquee is available for use, even if it was used in previous years. If you wish to request the use of additional space please submit your request to Event Management for consideration.
