These sites are for retailing garden and home-related products and services.
6m x 6m space > 6m x 6m marquee > one 10amp power outlet > one fluorescent light > protective flooring across full site > one marquee gable exhibitor sign.
Set up of your site must be completed within 7 days. Pack up must be completed within 3 days.
Marquees will be set back approx. 1 to 2m from the front path, depending on the location of surrounding trees, the surface slope etc.
In some cases, due to existing Tree Protection and Structural Root Zones, weights will be used to secure marquees instead of pegs. The weights will be positioned on each internal corner of the marquee.
Please do not assume that the space outside your marquee is available for use, even if it was used in previous years. If you wish to request the use of additional space please submit your request to Event Management for consideration. An additional site fee will be applied for the extra space.
